Band Members/Parents,
The information for our departure to Wesley Woods on Sunday, July 29th is as follows:
- be sure to eat lunch prior to arriving at New Wilmington Elementary School.
- 11:30 - 12:00 - Students report with luggage to New Wilmington Elementary School for check-in
- 12:00 - 12:30 - Load the luggage and equipment/ Student Inspection (uniforms placed on chairs in the elementary school band room)
- 1:00 - Depart for Wesley Woods
- 3:00 - arrive at Wesley, unload, students march to the field, marching fundamentals (no instruments, except for percussion)
