- Music MUST be memorized by FRIDAY this week!!!
- Medical & Permission Forms DUE ASAP!!!!!!
- Items for the parade MUST be brought in by Friday and placed into the uniform garment bags
- Students should be checking with their teachers about missed work in advance.
- Disney Tee-Shirts will be given out on May 1 in the morning.
- Luggage Drop-off is WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30 (Between 7:00am - 8:15am) - H.S. Lobby
- Carry-on Drop off/Inspection THURSDAY, MAY 1 by 8:15am (drop off in the band room with names on bags)
- May 1 - Students will need to report to homeroom, period 1 & 2
- Students will report to the band room at 10:00am (beginning of 3rd period)
- Depart @ 10:30am on May 1
- May 5 - students in group 1 returning to WAHS first must either arrange for a ride home or report to class for the remainder of the school day.
MEAL INFORMATION FOR MAY 1 & MAY 5:
*Students have 3 options for lunch on May 1:
- pack a bag lunch to eat on the bus
- purchase a pre-made box lunch from the HS cafeteria (must be ordered in advance - see Mr. Nickel)
- bring money to purchase a lunch at Pitt Airport after the security check
May 5:
- All students MUST eat a large hotel breakfast
- Group 1 will depart at 9:50am and students may grab a quick snack at the airport if time
- Group 2 will be given $10.00 cash out for lunch in Florida prior to departing after group 1
