2016 Spring Band-A-Rama Concert Information!
To: 5th – 12th grade band students & parents

Subject: May 19th – Band-A-Rama Spring Concert @ 7:30pm
April 27, 2016
On Thursday, May 19, 2016 the 5/6th, 7/8th, and high school band will present their annual spring Band-a-Rama concert at 7:30pm in the high school gymnasium (*NOT the auditorium). This combined concert will act as the student’s final semester grade and performance for parents and therefore their mandatory attendance will count as a final assessment grade. If a student is not able to attend and the absence is excused they will be required to submit a make-up assignment.
All students should be dropped off at the high school entrance and will warm-up in the auditorium prior to the concert. Parents may drop their son/daughter off and then find a parking spot in the upper lot by the cafeteria.
*Report time for ALL students in 5-12th grades will be 6:40pm
Attire:
5th/6th Grade: Black and white formal attire
*Please have your child bring a personal wire music stand with their name labeled on ALL parts to school on May 19th to practice during school
7th/8th Grade: Black and white formal attire
*Please have your child bring a personal wire music stand with their name labeled on ALL parts to school on May 19th to practice during school
High School: Marching band uniform, band shirt & band shoes
