Reminders: Camp: July 30 - August 4 Parent Meeting: July 25 @ 5:30 - HS Auditorium Payment for camp ($270) are due by July 25 Forms are found below: 2017-2018 Band Camp Packet   Departure to Band Camp @ Wesley Woods: 7/30/17 -Open Band Room: 10:00am -Students Arrive with luggage: 11:00 – 12:00 -Buses arrive: 12:15 -Depart: 12:45 – 1:00ish -Arrive to begin field rehearsals: 3:00   Return from Band Camp: 8/04/17 *Meet the Band Night – Wilmington Stadium @ 7:00pm -Buses arrive: 11:30 -Depart Camp: 12:30 -Students eat at Grove City Food Court: 3:15 *Students will receive their $10.00 cash out upon arrival – bring extra $ if desired -Students arrive at WAHS: 4:00 -Field Rehearsal: 4:15 -End Rehearsal: 5:45 -Inspection: 6:30 -Step off: 6:50 -Show: 7:00 (Everyone Cleans)   Kennywood Parade Day Trip: 8/10/17 4800 Kennywood Blvd, West Mifflin, PA 15122 -Band Room Opens: 8:30am -Inspection: 9:00am -Depart: 9:15am -Arrive: 10:30am -Report to staging area: 6:30pm -Line-up: 7:30pm -Parade: 8:00pm -Depart: 9:00pm -Arrive at WAHS – approx. 10:15pm
