- -Summer Uniform: Band Shoes, Blue Jeans, White Band Shirt (tucked in) (belts are optional)
- -Band Rooms Opens: 4:30
- -Inspection: 5:15 (ALL STUDENTS INCLUDING DRIVERS MUST BE PRESENT)
- -Meet/Rehearse at Laurel H.S.: 5:55
- -March: 7:00
- *****Upperclass students who are planning to drive MUST STILL BE PRESENT AT THE UNIFORM INSPECTION PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SCHOOL!!!!
- ****ONLY SIBLINGS ARE ALLOWED TO RIDE WITH THE DRIVERS, NO OTHER FRIENDS ARE PERMITTED AS PASSENGERS FOR THOSE DRIVING.
- ****Students who are showing animals at the fair that afternoon and are unable to make it to inspection must be present at the rehearsal in front of Laurel HS (email Mr. Nickel if you are unable to be there).
- ***If you are showing animals or working the fair booths that afternoon, have ALL of your instruments and change of clothes already at the fairgrounds.
- ****Students may remain at the fair after the performance but the buses will be leaving immediately after we finish. Small instruments must be taken home on your own. Percussion and sousaphones may go back on the VAN even if you are staying at the fair post performance.
